HOW TO USE NOTE TUTOR

Note Tutor and Tenor Tutor are very easy to use
: as soon as you start the application, it presents a random note on the staff. You have to figure out what the name of the note is (A through G) and touch the correct button at the bottom of the screen.

If you are right, the note will sound, and you will get one point. If you are wrong, you lose a point, and you can try again. Once you identify the right note, another random note will be shown.

The application measures how long it takes you to correctly identify each note, and it converts this measurement into a “notes per minute” score. The higher this score, the better you are getting! Note Tutor and Tenor Tutor keep track of the highest score you have achieved so far, so that you can try to beat that score every time you practice.

HELPFUL TIPS

If you don’t hear any sound, check whether the sound muting on your phone is set to on.

You can adjust the volume of the sounds by using the volume control on your phone.

When you restart the application, your score resets to zero.
